As the centerpiece of the enhanced downtown district in Fort Lee, The Modern is comprised of two identical glass towers, the first was completed in 2014 and the second was completed in 2018, each containing 450 luxury rental residences and offering breathtaking views of the George Washington Bridge, Manhattan and the Hudson River.
